Parmasean chicken

PARMESEAN CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

4- large boneless chicken breasts

1- large jar of spegetti sauce(I use Prego original)

1- small jar of whole mushrooms(drained)

1- box of spegetti noodles (i prefer linguine)

1 cup of shredded mozerella cheese

1-chopped onion

1-chopped green pepper

salt& pepper to your taste(optional)

1/2 teaspoon of garlic

1/4 cup of parmesean cheese


DIRECTIONS:

In mixing bowl combine: sauce,onion,pepper,salt&pepper,garlic,
and parmesean cheese. Place chicken breast in grased baking dish,
pour combined ingredients and sauce over the chicken,
completely covering it,
spread the mozerella cheese evenly over the sauce,
bake on 350 degees for 45 mins.



MAINER'S CORN CHOWDAH
INGREDIENTS:

5 lbs potatoes

1 1/2 pounds chopped onions

5 cans of cream style corn

6 cans of evaporated milbr>
1 stick butter


DIRECTIONS:

5 pounds potatoes, peeled washed and cubed. Boil til tender.
Drain potatoes, in same pan while potatoes are draining, melt
one stick of butter, add about 1 1/2 pounds chopped onions.
Cook onions til clear. Add potatoes back to pot, along with 5 cans
of cream style corn, and about 6 cans of evaporated milk. Salt and
pepper to taste. Allow all to slowly heat. This is preferable to
allow to cool after heating, then sitting overnight in the fridge.
Slowly reheat the next day!!!
